Bespoke Hand-Knotted Rugs in 5 Steps

Our pioneering digital platform merges modern technology with the timeless art of bespoke rug design, streamlining the process to be more cost-effective and sustainable.

  • Step 1: Design Creation

    Choose your design, select your construction and material

    Upload your inspiration or design images.

    Select your size, shape, design style, and customizations, including fringe, binding, pile height, or embossing.

    No prior textile design experience is necessary.

  • Step 2: Visualization

    Receive a digital visualization of your rug design.

    Provide feedback and modifications in the platform to perfect your design.

  • Step 3: Sampling

    After design approval, a hand-knotted 18 x 18 sample of your rug and color strike will be delivered to you in 2-weeks.

    Once approved, production begins on your bespoke rug in Kathmandu, Nepal.

  • Step 4: Production

    In the platform, you will receive photo and video updates from our weavers throughout the rug-making process, including dyeing, weaving, stretching, washing, and shipping.

    Once complete, your rug goes through quality control and images of the final rug are provided.

    You will receive your final invoice.

    Before shipping, there is a final quality control check.

  • Step 5: Shipping

    UPS tracking details are provided for your rug shipment.

    You will receive a certificate of authenticity and documents to ensure transparency and efficient customs clearance.

    Once your rug is delivered, all project details are stored on your account.

    Revisit your design at any time, replicate designs, or make modifications for future orders.
